Grade Request

Grade reports will only be generated for the last completed term...for example if a request is submitted in January the Fall grades will be sent. However, if the request is received during the last month of the term then the grades will be sent following the end of that term.

NOTE : If you are not sure that Student Records has your correct address submit an update by using the ADDRESS CHANGE form.

Grades are printed once a week on Friday. Your order must be received by 2 P.M. on Thursday to be included in the Friday printing.
